The furnace had one issue after another which they promptly came out and serviced but the issues just kept happening. Yesterday they replaced my furnace with a new one, their idea! Where these days do you find a company that prides themselves on "doing the right thing" for their customers? They were extremely expensive.  But it was an emergency and I had no heat.  They came to my house when I had the problem at around 3 o’clock in the afternoon.  I had it working that night as they sent somebody to my house by 7 pm same day.  He was at my house for about an hour and half.  Everything is fine now.

My central air was out on a very hot summer day. I had a house full of
overnight guests. This included twin infants and a pregnant
daughter-in-law. I tried to get other companies to come out right away
but I was unsuccessful until I called One Hour....They were here right away. Serviced the central air which worked immediately. He explained why the air had stopped working and gave me several options for future servicing. The guy was very informative and professional. I will definitely call them for further service. We were in the market for a new heating and cooling system. We also wanted to replace the hot water heater with a tankless hot water heater. Much research was done and many estimates were obtained. We chose One Hour Heating and Air-conditioning to replace they above systems and hot water heater. John, a phenomenal and knowledgable technician, arrived on time and we discussed the issues the previous homeowner had with the heating and cooling system and the possibility of acquiring a new system. Rick Ross, also very knowledgable and professional, came out to discuss what type of system we had in mind. We agreed on a price and all the necessary equipment was ordered and the work was completed in 3 days. They did an outstanding job and we look forward to seeing John again for yearly preventive maintenance appointments.

It is a family owned company. The owner was nice who came out to give the estimate and he knew what he was doing. He was very professional and had really good service contract.
