I have been combating these folks for months.  The data from their report is so inaccurate it's ridiculous.  When I contacted them about it, they became very defensive and rude and they would not answer my questions.  I am going to get my attorney on this because they have been so uncooperative.

Residential insurance carrier required a lead inspection prior to policy renewal. Performed a local search for contractor. Contacted Eagle Environmental and arranged for visit. Matt arrived within minutes of appointed time. Inspection activity took about 30 minutes of swabbing and collecting samples from all areas. First inspection report revealed several areas contaminated with lead. Report was highly detailed. We then set upon the work of lead removal. That meant repairing or replacing 30 windows and sashes (we elected to replace due to energy tax credit, age and condition of windows), one entry door and frame. Eight weeks later, Matt was called back for re-inspection. Failed in three areas. Our cleanup was not thorough enough or attention to dust transfer was careless. Reviewed and applied lead abbatement procedures for cleanup techniques. Third inspection passed.
