First team arrived, the workers told me I quoted the wrong material and recommended a different one. They left and called the salesman who assured me it was right and the employee was out of line. New crew finished I found several things broken, damaged window, spots missed. What was done was done poorly. They sent the team back. They finished spraying everything but never cut foam back. They had to come out a fourth time. Nothing was cut with a blade as quoted. It was scraped away. Spots still missed and what was they scraped 1.5”-2” past the studs. After many calls a rep cane out. He voiced concerns about the material choice, agreed it was a poor job and said he would talk to the manager Jesse Almeida. He offered me $400 back. He agreed it was bad but said “I have to be an advocate for the company as well and we have lost way too much money on this job before giving you any money back.” I asked to have the email or phone # of the vp for the company and he refused to give it to me.

The workers that came out where on time and efficient. They did a good job spraying the outside of my basement foundation wall with a black waterproofing film (I'm assuming it's a rubber film). Pretty good overall.
