ST MARTIN HOME REPAIR

Mr. St. Martin had one hardluck story after another as to why he couldn't be here at all on many days, or he would show up before we left for work in the a.m., only to leave a few hours later--thinking that we wouldn't notice. He left our roof open and vulnerable so that we sustained water damage. Much of his work was crooked, so that trim work--still ongoing from another contractor we had to pay--is extra challenging. He botched window installation. He put soffits in our kitchen of different heights and made them too long so that trim had to be cut around them. He omitted some insulation. He and his helper continuously left trash and cigarette butts all over our property. They helped themselves to our personal tools--causing damage or disappearance. He was doing numerous jobs at the same time, and did not care that he left our home in a state deserving of a CONDEMNED desigation, all the while lying to us. This led to a rodent problem by the time we finally fired him.
