On November 26th, when 3:30 arrived and no delivery was made, I called and spoke with Cathy who could not reach the driver. I called again about 5: 30 and was told 45 minutes. At 6:30 I called again and was told the driver was in my town. He arrived at 7 P.M. He said he had too many deliveries- @40 and said it was the company's fault.
I made every phone call and was given incorrect information. The people at Poulin had no regard for my time, they didn't care and I would advise companies to use another company for delivery. Poulin does not care about their customers.
