Good at removing large trees, bad at communication, and customer service. It took nearly 2 weeks and 3 trips to pick up the logs and grind the stumps without any heads up explaining this, but the invoice came as soon as the trees came down. Stump removal means they leave a pile of wood chips for you to clean up. They would not trim a large bush that was part of the quote and they just blew me off when I reminded them a couple of times. I am disappointing.

This company is one of the best I have worked with. The proposal price was fair, the work was completed exactly as discussed. The project was completed on time. Tim the owner was prompt, knowledgeable, flexible, and very reasonably priced. He responded to our urgency to get the work done and came the next day to do it on his own while his team worked elsewhere. In the rain. He did exactly as we had discussed and the clean-up (one man, mind you) was on point. We will have him back in the winter to do more work once the leaves are gone. Super company to work with. Called to make an appointment to go over the project we wanted done as we needed to remove a tree which was dying and too close to our home. Danny was prompt and informed us the best option for what we needed and was very informative to help us make good decisions. Fair quote which we accepted, they scheduled the time and actually was able to do the job earlier than expected. Great staff and did everything they said they would in a very professional manner. Once the project was done, we talked with them as to some additional work. Danny came back out to go over our new request and provided us with another acceptable quote and recommendations. This project is scheduled for early December to trim up some trees which we had to get approval from our town as these are on town property, but are becoming a hazard to our property. Can't wait for them to come and help us out with this for us. We will be keeping this group as an automatic call if we need additional work done. THANKS

This is a great company to hire. They supplied me with a couple of quotes which were more than fair. After hiring them they called to arrange a date and time that was convenient for me. They trimmed a tree in the front of the house and also removed some branches on a tree in the back. The guys did exactly what I asked for and in a reasonable amount of time. The yard was cleaned up after the work was done leaving no evidence that they had ever been here. I would definitely recommend these folks if you have tree issues.

Monster Tree Service of Hartford trimmed 8 trees for us. The job was done exactly as promised, and they kept the yard so clean I had to look carefully to notice that theyâ d been there. Fair price, no hassles, prompt service. Highly recommend.

these guys are great.They came to my house,took a look,gave me a price to do the job and they stuck to it.couple of days later they showed up with a state of the art stump chipper/grinder and annihilated my stump.He even chased partially buried roots.super nice guys,excellent work,more than reasonable price and very good cleanup.dont know what else anyone could ask for.I intend to use this company for all my tree needs and I have A lot of trees on my property.
