Last fall I met with a representative from CWC Landscaping to price my landscaping maintenance needs and made it very clear that I wanted some maintenance on my Palo Verde on each visit. I was quoted $75 per month, and told that I could do eight week visits during the winter months for $150/8 weeks. On the first visit 12/17/15, I was told that tree trimming was not included in the visit and that I misunderstood the terms, although they did take some branches of the tree. Charge $150. On 2/1/16, they returned and did a service and charged $150. Now, after completing the 3/28 service, they want to collect another $150 instead of the $75 that I should be charged, since we are going to receive monthly service. Needless,to say I no longer use their services.
