+ -1 moreThe first project, replacing the roof went well. Materials and workmanship were good - at a fair price. The second project went poorly. Despite repeated emails and phone calls they never actually came by with a contract to sign. A subcontractor showed up to install the solar panels. When the panel installation was complete neither I nor the subcontractor were able to contact AAAffordable. I ended up signing a contract with the sub and paying them directly for the work they performed. AAAfordable dropped off three custom hopper windows. I have made repeated attempts to contact them over them last two months to arrange for installation and payment. I have three un-installed windows collecting dust. My next step is send them a registered letter requesting that they pick-up their property.
Description of Work: I hired this contractor for two projects. 1. Replace a roof. 2. Install solar panels and hopper windows.
