 + -1 moreI'm located two states away in NY, so it is impractical for Rob to consider traveling here (from CT) to look at the treadmill. Rob and his wife were professional and attentive to my concerns. They went the extra mile to try to help me find someone locally that might be able to help. I think the best advice they gave me, in this particular situation, was to search the Holiday Sales at Sears to find a replacement treadmill. Based upon my description of the problem, the money would be better spent locating a replacement treadmill, as opposed to spending money on a service call. I sincerely thank them for being honest and respectful of my time and money.

 + -1 moreThis was a very pleasant experience. Rob is knowledgeable and friendly. He made suggestions for care of this treadmill and told me that he also can provide a removal service when the treadmill is no longer functioning and/or repairable. (That is good to know because treadmills are very heavy and I wondered how I would get it out of the house when the time comes to get rid of it.) He was courteous and let me know when he was caught in traffic and that he would be slightly delayed. He told me the service would take approximately 1/2 hour and that was accurate. He was neatly dressed and very careful when carrying his equipment into the home.
Description of Work: Adjusted the belt and applied wax under belt, removed motor cover and adjusted motor pulley and the rear roller, advised me that the bearings are failing in the rear roller and made suggestions as to how to maximize the life of this treadmill. Very helpful, since I use it to exercise a German Shepherd and I had no idea that the treadmill was nearing the end of its useful life. I would definitely recommend Rob's Repair Service. He impressed me as an honest and ethical technician.
