"I was the third architect to work for this client on this project. I was referred by a client I had done three projects with very successfully. The client refused to provide me with any description as to what was wrong with my drawings, other than her contractors could not use them. All she wanted was her money back for work that had been completed. She indicated in our last discussion one of her contractors could do the work at less cost and she wanted her money back again which I replied I would stand by the quality of my drawings and pier reviews found no issues with them. I have produced 350 projects in the last 20 yrs with not one request for their money to be returned and have had very positive reviews on many sites and all my work is by referral at this point after 50 yrs in the profession. I think the client just wanted their work for free. The Better Business Bureau reviewed the complaint and withdrew her complaint after review of the facts."
