I got the time wrong for this appointment but here is the problem. I waited 20 minutes before Linda called me over to explain to me that I didn’t have an appointment. Her attitude was unprofessional not having any sympathy for a simple mistake. She talks to people in a rude manner all the time and has no patience for the job she should be doing. I also hear a lot of other people’s information as Linda speaks freely at the front desk about any patient or situation going on. There are laws about this. I have been a patient in this office since I was born but loyalty to a patient doesn’t matter to this office. Unacceptable.
