The refrigerator failed after one year.  After several attempts at having it service it was still not working.  The warrantte complany they use is quiet poor.  Weeks without my primary refigerator working is a bit much. 
In the end Home depot sent us a full refund for the applicance and I was able to get my own service person to replace the broken board for less than $100.    Home Depot stood behind their product even though the warrantee company and LG did not.  That God for Home Depot.  I would purchase from them again however getting service on applicances is definately a major pain.

While bringing the refrigerator in they knocked off my mailbox, scratched the sides of the refrigerator, and broke one of the inner shelves. When I tried to get it replaced they said that because I got it installed and because I had not called within 24 hours I had to call the manufacturer to get it replaced. I got a huge runaround from them. I have French doors and I asked them to get it installed through them, but they said they didn’t need to do that. It took them weeks to resolve it. It was ridiculous, but they did come through at the end. I finally got the manager after about a month, and they got me a brand new refrigerator. I shop there all the time. Every time I have bought power equipment from them it’s broken, and they have a horrible return policy.

First picture window was discolored so a replacement was ordered and that was broken in the box. Third window installed and leaked during a rain storm. Home depot came to fix that and so far has not leaked. However it took them 3 times to get it right.

HOME DEPOT IS AN EXCELLENT TEAM COMPANY TO HIRE. THE TEAM WAS VERY WELL MANNERED, AND KIND. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WILL BE CALLING THEM AGAIN.

WHEN WE ORIGINALLY WENT IN TO PLACE THE ORDER, WE WERE GIVEN ONE TIME FRAME. IT WAS ALMOST A MONTH LATER WHEN THEY GOT THE JOB COMPLETED. I AM FINE WITH IT NOW THAT IT IS DONE. THE PROCESS WAS ANNOYING AND TOO LONG, BUT THEIR WORK WAS GOOD ENOUGH.
