Provider gave us a candid and descriptive assessment of the problem, along with several options to choose from. He came back on a weekend (as we had requested) to do the work. He warned us we might need more sealing, and when we did, he came back again. Very professional and responsive. We liked his style and felt he knew what he was talking about.

John, the owner and employee, was delightful to work with. At the time that John came to give me a quote, he checked out a small second crack and suggested that I watch it for now, and call him if it gets worse. He also looked at my Bilko basement door and referred me to a company with a great work ethic. John returned in August to complete the repair. He did a great job, and explained all the steps both before and after he finished. In addition, the repair is guaranteed for life and transfers to a new owner should I ever sell the house. Should the small crack increase in size and result in a leak, I wouldn't hesitate to call John to do the repair.

Absolutely one of the best service experiences we have had on our home. We would recommend John to anyone without hesitation. He showed up when he said he would for the estimate as well as the repair. He didn't try to up sell anything. His price for the parts were exactly what he quoted. Also, he was extremely neat and very professional. We are EXTREMELY happy!
