H & L Hardwood Floors

H & L Hardwood Floors did the job that they told me. The hardwoods were darker than I would like, they ripped it off and they replaced it.

They did a very nice job.  The only unexpected thing was that the molding needed to be repainted, but that was not a big deal.

Their price was reasonable and they were accommodating to my needs when they came.

Leandro Morais performed every aspect of the job with excellence.  He picked up the flooring (60 cartons) and loaded them on his truck with one helper and then unloaded it at my home by himself.  He and one helper were finished in three days; he provided the services of his wife and another woman to clean up and put all the furniture back in place.  Leandro is a very hard worker with a winning attitude.  I would be happy to have him back again, but all our flooring is done now.

A friend recommended him as she had new hardwood floors installed about a year ago. Leandro and team were terrific - they were right on time, extremely neat, trustworthy, their pricing was very competitive, and they paid attention to details (examples - Leandro prepared samples for me on stains, suggested an attractive walnut border that looks very classy, and suggested wooden grates versus metal to blend into the new floors. The floors came out perfectly and I appreciated that they kept me in the loop every step of the way. They finished right when they said that they would and right on budget. I wish I would have know about him years ago when we redid out other floors. He did such a good job, that I am looking to use him again on another project.
