Neil runs his company well. Mark was the foreman on our job and he was excellent. They were here early every day and worked hard all day, every day, despite some pretty steamy weather. They were on time, on budget and not only did they do a great job on all 3 items(windows, roof, shingles).... as with any renovation project, problems popped up and he had the connections and resources to handle them quickly and reasonable cost. For example, when they removed the two layers of old shingles from the front of the house, it was discovered the sill of the house(the wood sitting on the foundation) was all rotted out and made the house unstable....rotted wood had to be removed and replaced. In one day, he had someone here, they had to brace the house up from the basement while they did this. Also, on the back of the house, when they removed all the shingles we found an infestation of carpenter ants....I asked them to please stop working for a day so I could get an exterminator in to work on the problem. Not easy to ask them to put their entire crew on hold for more than a day but they did it for us and we were very grateful. Neil and his entire staff were very pleasant and professional and his price was excellent. Also,  One day I needed a window air conditioner put in the window and I asked, if at the end of the day, would one of the men on the crew do it and I would pay them....not only did they do something I really shouldn't have asked them to do, they would not take any money for it.
We have had alot of home renovation projects that have been absolute nightmares but NOT this ones.....Neil and his crew were the exact opposite...it was a genuine pleasure dealing with them and we have recommended them to all our friends.

Neil was very nice, professional, and responded quickly.   He also boarded up the broken window and tacked up the hanging siding while waiting for the new supplies to come.  I have more work scheduled with him in June 2013.

The whole experience with Neil was great. We needed to reside our house including new shutters and gutters. He walked us through the process and explained all our options clearly to us. We felt very comfortable with him. The workers were there on time and cleaned up every evening. I would recommend this company and would use them again if needed.

Fairfied County just finished doing a project.  I thought they were very courteous.  He fulfilled all that he promised.  I met the owner personally.  He just didn't just leave his guys to do the job by themselves. He came out during the 2 days they were working, which I liked.  He did the job he stated he was going to do. Overall, I was very satisfied.  I have more projects to do.  When they do more work, I will be in a better position to see the real quality of their work.  I thought the price was good, and he was reasonable. I thought they paid attention to detail.  I wasn't here during the actual work, but my husband didn't have any problems.  They were punctual, and professional.  I would absolutely use them again.

Neil Velasquez is the owner and he is very knowledgeable, professional and likeable.  The men on his crew are excellent at what they do and are courteous, friendly, efficient, and neat.  I put down "good" for price because, quite honestly, I don't have any idea how to rate it ... because once I met with Neil I never went looking for another bid.  I needed someone who could help me redesign the window layout in 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom, and his ideas fit with my vision.  (Also, I had previously spoken with 3 other companies that never got to the bidding stage because one was unprofessional over the phone, one wasn't knowledgeable enough, and the third kept trying to force my needs into their template of products.)
Neil returned my initial phone call within 24 hours.  We made an appointment for the following week, which he kept and arrived on time.  He spent a long time with me working on the design of the above mentioned windows.  He also suggested I replace 2 sets of old and unattractive sliding glass doors.  I was happy because it was something I had wanted to do but my husband didn't feel was necessary.  Neil's suggestion (with explanation) changed his mind!
The only drawback of working with this company is that they are very busy.  This obviously means they're in demand and that's good.  But it took a few weeks to get the initial bid.  Neil could use a part-time assistant.  I made some changes to the initial bid which delayed us further.  So from the first time I called until the contracts were signed was about 5 weeks.  That was frustrating for me, but in all honesty it was worth the wait.
Once the windows and doors arrived from Anderson, the installation went smoothly.  Because they were building a wall of windows in the master bedroom, they had to construct a temporary wall to support the ceiling.  The added benefit of this was that it kept any debris out of the room - and we were able to continue to sleep in it while the work was being done.  Our needs and comfort were always taken into consideration with everything they did.  I have absolutely no complaints.

IT'S THE SAME THING. THEY WERE VERY GOOD. IT WAS A GOOD PRICE AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. I LIKE THE WAY THEY DID THEIR WORK. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THAT SUMS IT UP IN MY OPINION.
