Set up appointment with some to come to the house for a fee quote. The guy called the day before said he couldn't make it and would call back and reschedule. 2.5 weeks later they still haven't called us back. I called Mayflower to see what was going on and the man I spoke with at Mayflower called them to ask and apparently they were "too busy" to accommodate us. That was very nice for them to call us and let us know that.
