It was as good as we would have wanted.
Keith Derosier headed up the team of 4 very experienced, polite, efficient and careful workers. They arrived right at the scheduled time at 8AM. They put down protective runners on all the carpeting, shrink wrapped the upholstered furniture to protect it, carefully cartoned large framed art, mattresses, mirrors, and tv's. They worked non-stop and packed everything up by 3PM. The next day, the truck arrived a 9AM, as scheduled, and everyting was moved in and set up by early afternoon. They had to disassemble a very large Ikea wardrobe to get it down the stairs and out into the truck. and then reassembled it perfectly in the new house. That is amazing service! Everything was in perfect condition.
I couldn't recommend them more highly.
"Hi Customer, We apologize that we didn't have enough space for your household goods. We hope you're now settled into your new home and wish the best of luck for the future. Sincerely, Derosier Storage Co."
The packing crew was very hard working and never wasted a minute. The same was true of the crew that unloaded for us in Florida.
