Dave was thorough and pleasant to work with. He came by when he said he would and had the documents for FEMA completed within a week. I work late hours and he stopped by in the evening with an addressed envelope and all I had to do was put postage. I send FEMA my application to remove my property from a "flood zone area," and was approved within a month. My lender is now reviewing the information. I found Dave on HomeAdvisor and so glad I did! His price is fair and reasonable. Someone my realtor recommended wanted $800!

David contacted us the following morning of the request. He made an appointment, which he kept. We told him what we needed. He explained what he would do, when and how much. Came back with a contract, and we left a deposit. He followed up to do the work as promised. He surveyored and marked our property lines. He delivered 3 copies of the marker map/signed/sealed. He went over all our boundaries and showed us each marker. We were very pleased with him personally and with his work. Would highly recommend him.

I was impressed that Daviid was able to study history of my property and locate monuments several other surveyors couldn't find. He didn't give up until he he had an accurate map to reflect the property. He is also a very nice guy who enjoys his work.

I hired David E. Wilson to survey my property as part of the process in preparing the LOMA papwerwork for FEMA. Dave was great to work with and stayed involved in the project until the end. My property was surveyed and I was provided with maps, property markings and all required (completed) paperwork. In addition, he explained everything to me. Even when further data was requested from FEMA, Dave was there to assist and comply. It's refreshing to see someone take such pride in their work and have a genuine concern for their customer. Sometimes a homeowner is convinced that they know where their property line is and they hire a Surveyor to prove themselves right. However, a Surveyor is legally obligated to do the job right regardless of how that might affect a client's preconceived ideas."
