I am writing this letter in appreciation of Amit Bhushan and his efforts in coordinating the painting of my house.
Amit was very friendly and courteous in approaching me as a walking ?Cold Call? customer. He did a nice job in explaining the
background of the company, the qualifications of the painting crew, the basis of the price estimate, and the overall process.
I ended up needing some additional preparation and other work above the original estimate for the house to be completed. I appreciated Amit?s candor in taking responsibility for his error, acknowledging the basis for underestimating the full nature of the work involved, and his ongoing communication with me and the painting crew to ensure the job was done to my subsequent fullest satisfaction.
Amit has informed me he will be working with the painting crew more closely going forward to obtain a detailed working knowledge of all the steps involved in the actual prepping and painting of houses. This will help him to be more precise in providing estimates in the future. I can tell he is a quick learner and will do a great job in this capacity as he gains more experience.
