I cannot recommend Candelora's highly enough. We recently renovated our kitchen and Woody, our contact there, was invaluable in providing guidance regarding various brands, what we'd really be getting for our money, why certain brands are so much more expensive than others, and which brands stand behind their products and have excellent repair records. He also assisted us in spotting potential issues with appliance sizing and whether the appliances we wanted would fit into the allocated spaces. We received all of our appliances exactly when we needed them (which required substantial extra effort on Candelora's part, as certain appliances needed to be delivered at different times, depending on subcontractors' availabilities to perform installation work) and got EXCELLENT prices on everything. We had an issue with a vent hood that didn't fit the cabinet space (it was an expensive "custom" hood and unfortunately we had been provided with incorrect measurements by the individual who sold us the cabinets). Not only did Woody provide us with a new hood that DID fit, completely free of charge -- he obtained rebates for us to cover the cost of the original "custom" hood. Woody also provided us with free parts and service to repair our old refrigerator (which we thought we'd have to throw away).
