driveway pavers

I would not recommend anyone using Community Backhoe. I was pressured into paying the entire amount up front. Work was never completed and equipment was abandoned on sight. Many conversations with owner Phil McClellan continuing to promise to come out "this week" and complete job. Driveway was prepped and ready for paving 1st week in July, since that time NO work has been done. Driveway is now filled with depressions and very messy/muddy when it rains. I have filed a complaint with consumer protection and will be filing with small claims court. Approx. cost: $6,500.00.
Description of Work: Contracted to have existing driveway removed and new asphalt driveway completed. Work was to be done by July 10th, as of Dec. 1st work not completed, equipment left on sight for 5 months. Company does not return calls. Continues to promise to complete work but does not show up.
