Wonderful company to work with. Can't speak highly enough of evyone involved in our project. The Toll representative who spoke with us initially was both personable and professional. He spoke at length about what would be required to replace a large bedroom window panel (two side windows that opened and a central larger window. The window had to be custom-made. When it was delivered, three men worked on installing it. It fit well and the men who worked on it were personable and careful and cleaned up well when they were done. If I needed additional windows, I would contact them first, and would have no qualms about using their services again.

Erik gave us a detailed presentation about replacing 10 windows and his cost estimate was competitive and fair. The installation crew did a great job installing the windows in cold,nasty weather and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. I would hire them again if needed.

Windows by To,ll replaced all my windows and also my Patio door. They are precise, honest and true to their word. Patience is the word I would use for them. It wasn't easy for them with my Board of Directors and the exact color match to the outside color to the windows. I live in a condo and window needs to blend in with all the rest of the windows.

From the initial consultation to the end, Rob and Erik made me feel confident and comfortable. They did an amazing job removing old doors, getting rid of the debris and installing the new doors. They did 4 doors and 2 screen doors in just 3 days, as they promised they would. Erik and Rob are an amazing team. I need to do more work in my house and they will definitely be hired by me again.
