Parts took longer than expected. Fence was delivered improperly designed, damaged and missing sections/parts. Sections were too tall, lattice sections not equally spaced in the frame, the sections looked unbalanced and some tops and bottoms did not line-up. Section widths were wrong despite e-mailing the sales rep requesting he check the figures as they did not appear correct on his quote. Items had to be field modified and we finally agreed to take the higher fence as to reorder would have taken too long. The field people and supervisor tried hard to please us and were great to work with. The salesman was no help and even tried to say there was no problem. We will use them again for the quality of the fence material and installation but will watch them carefully and ask for a different salesman.

I contacted them after it blew over and broke.  At first I was told to send pictures that maybe the broken parts could be fixed (I paid $10 for them to assemble it when I bought it).  Then I was told too bad, I just wasted $300.  No recourse.  This was not even the wind from the recent nor'easter, this was 2 weeks before.  This should not even be sold for outdoor use.

UPDATE: Replaced damaged product. After sales people declined to do anything, the regional manager was nice enough to replace product. Lesson learned, contact manager.  He was very responsive and promptly replaced product.

The estimator came out to my house to help measure and estimate for a fence install.  Gave the normal speech regarding quality and showed some samples / catalogs.
She did measurements and gave me a ball park estimate of $17,000! I live on 2/10 of an acre and have received estimates for exactly the same fence for $3-6,000!!!
On top of that she said she would e-mail me the estimate and never even had the courtesy to email the estimate because my guess is she thought we couldn't afford her high end yuppy fence.
Was really turned off by this company and would never do business with them. Was nothing but polite to her and pleasant and I feel like she wrote me off the second she saw that my lawn wasn't perfectly manicured.

The experience was fine. They came, measured the site and were very efficient with the installation. They were courteous and professional. I had no complaints with the quality. It was a playset, but it was a kit; so they came and put it together.
