 + -1 moreBOTH PHONE SUPPORT AND ACTUAL EXPERIENCES WITH TECHNICIAN IN OUR HOME WERE OUTSTANDING. THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT PROMPTLY AND THE TECH ARRIVED ON TIME AND STAYED UNTIL ALL OF OUR COMPUTER ISSUES WERE IDENTIFIED AND RESOLVED.
Description of Work: REMOVED DSL MODEM AND WIRE INSTALLED CABLE MODEM, UPGRADED FIRM WARE ON THE ROUTER AND RESET ROUTER TO FACTORY DEFAULTS. REMOVED ALL SPYWARE AND MORE.
