The contractor fail to return a sample tile from my kitchen back splash, although he promised me in phone conversations he would return the tile and never did, in the past few days for not reason he also blocked my phone number, I have try to call and text him but he did not respond,

Extremely professional contractor. The job ended up costing somewhat more than we had planned. But that was ok: Miguel pointed out that taking care now -- to remediate peeling paint on all sides of the house -- would save us money and headaches in the long run. Result was a very nice job. And we never felt "upsold."
