Superior Home Services has been in business since 1989 and is owner operated. All of our cleaning associates are bonded and supervised. We help over 700 families in our area of service with their cleaning needs. We use an 80 point check list when cleaning your home, servicing some of the most exclusive households in Fairfield & Westchester counties.

This was a $180 big deal purchase. I was not satisfied. The manager responded when I contacted him to set up the service. Then he brought out the two girls and they had an attitude. I told the manager I was not pleased. They did not move our sofas when they cleaned. I called the manager and they came back again. A lot of the areas in the house I found were not that clean. They were not professional. I booked them right after I bought the deal. They did some of the job. I think the price was fair.

I got to my house after running an errand and they were waiting for me.
The 2 women that cleaned my house did not speak English but came with another woman who asked all the tasks I wanted done and translated everything I needed. They were 2 lovely women from Ukraine and Poland. I had no need to talk to them and I was busy doing other things in the house in different rooms.
2 hours later they were done. They went above and beyond and cleaned things my last cleaner didn't AND it was $20 cheaper.
The man who booked the job said, just call when you want us to come again. I love that option as opposed to having them come the same set time every so many weeks because I am a freelancer and need the flexibility.
I called the office and paid with a cc right after they left.
