Parts of the Jandy controller have had to be replaced 5 times.
The auto-fill malfuntioned and the cover collapsed into the spa.
A circuit board located beneath lots of trees was "knocked out by lightening" with the trees untouched.
This year the Jandy controller was not working again. First Shoreline told me I needed a new heater. Then they told me I needed a new Jandy circuit board. I had another vendor look at it and it was fixed within 5 minutes. A module that Shoreline installed on the heater in June was apparentely put in incorrectly. Was it incompetence or did they do it on purpose in order to sell me other more expensive fixes??
This year when Shoreline opened the pool they told me that the auto-cover was old and was no longer working. Shoreline installed new ropes, new sliders, new guide feeds and new end pulleys at a cost of $1,000. Two months later, the auto-cover no longer works.
