"What this customer failed to state in her complaint was that we provided her with a proposal for a new A/C installation back in January with a special off season price. But surprisingly she decided to wait and instead contact us at the beginning of our most busy season. We tried to accommodate the customer as quickly as possible but unfortunately by the time the customer actually requested us to proceed with the work it was May and our installation department was already fully booked. I told the customer that it would take about a month before we could start the job. Even though she still decided to wait. The customer contacted me after the month had passed. But progress on our work schedule was much slower than I previously anticipated. I estimated that we weren't going to be able to start the work for at least another additional 4 to 6 weeks. I emailed the customer with a sincere apology stating that fact and I also recommended her to inquire with other companies if she couldn't wait. Wow! I was completely shocked at how angry she became especially when it was her decision to wait till the last minute to begin with. For this customer to go on social media and slander our company for only miscalculating a start time should make everyone question her true character. JUST A NOTE: No proposal was ever signed, No deposit money was ever taken, No services were ever performed and no definite start date was ever guaranteed. We've been in business for 17 years and this is the first complaint we ever had...............You be the judge."
