The limo driver was already waiting for us in front of our apartment building when we went outside to wait.  He was very courteous and an excellent, safe driver.  The vehicle was very clean and comfortable.  On our way home, we were flying on standby.  As soon as I knew we were getting on our flight, I called Rudy's to let them know the flight number and arrival time, and the driver arrived at LGA to pick us up a few minutes after we collected our luggage and went outside.  Very dependable service, but a bit on the expensive side from past experience with other limo services.

It went fine.  Driver was punctual.  Car was clean and spacious.  No issues.

The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and professional, as were the drivers.  They arrived a bit early for our ride to the airport (which is always reassuring).  The cars were clean, and the driver on the way back even had bottled water for us.

Overall, for the first time using Rudy's Limo Service, it was an experience that went smoothly and without any problems. The schedulers were polite and informative. The drivers were polite and courteous. The SUV was clean, inside and out, and had enough room to accommodate five of us and our luggage comfortably. The price was reasonable, and the discount coupon from Angie's List also helped. We have no complaints regarding Rudy's Limo Service, they did an excellent job.

On time, pleasant and efficient.  However the car was more "personal sedan" and less "limousine" than I'd expected.  For this particular trip, it was OK, but if I'd been going to a formal event, it would have been an unacceptable entrance

Arrived on time, nice sedan.  Professional drivers.  Used the service from home to the airport and then back again.  Good overall experience.  Would use them again.  Received 10% off for being an Angie's list customer on one leg of the trip.  Didnt get a discount for the return though.  That was the only negative to report.

Very professional. Easy to make the reservation, had the confirmation quickly. Driver was early both times, and very courteous, mature. Car was very clean and comfortable. A pleasant ride.  I would use them again, even though they are on the pricier side. Worth it for the peace of mind and reliability.

We hired Rudy's Limo because I read good reviews about them thru Angie's List. I think I was able to use a coupon, saving a few dollars. Our driver showed up a little early, always nice when you are concerned about catching a flight. She was friendly and helpful. Her vehicle was clean and she provided us with bottle of water. She was a safe and comfortable driver. Overall, we were very happy with Rudy's service and would use them again.

My mother report that the driver was wonderful. The car was immaculate. And she was very pleased overall.

I had an early flight from Hartford, and had been visiting a friend in PA earlier in the week. When I finally got around to packing for my 9 am fight that I had to get up at 7 am for I realized I forgot my passport in PA, which was a 2 hour drive away. For me to get there and get back I would have not been home till 4 am, if I could stay awake after having already driven the 2 hour drive just a few hours before. And working a full day. So I called Rudy's at midnight and they sent a driver to PA to pick it up and bring it to my house while I slept and did not have to stress out. They left it in my mailbox where it was waiting when I woke after a nice night sleep.

Rudy's makes you open an account with them for service and sends invoices twice monthly for services provided. Opening an account is no big deal. They basically take your name and a credit card over the phone. No paperwork, contract, obligations, etc. They explained that cancellation required up to 1 hour before pick up. Cancellation within 1 hour full charge incurred. I did not cancel - they just explained policy. Outbound: The limo driver arrived promptly at specified time. He was well-dressed, courteous, and the car was like new. Took me to the airport and dropped me off. Inbound: I had carry on bags so phoned them for pickup curbside as I deplaned. Driver promptly met me at the curb and drove me home. Rudy's has a dedicated phone line to call in for curbside pickup. They answer promptly, there is no wait, and they immediately dispatch the waiting car from the airport standby area. Drivers are pleasing to chat with - but know enough to leave you alone if you are concentrating on something else. My overall rating for Rudy's is "A" though I gave a "B" for price. Rudy's IS more expensive than its competitors. Probably about $40 round trip in my case. However, The really nice thing about Rudy's is that the quoted price includes tax, fuel surcharge, and 20% tip for driver. Also, there are no vouchers to sign or cash to fumble with when entering or exiting the vehicle - a very nice thing since I'm usually hassling with other stuff while traveling. So - while you can go cheaper, I found it worth paying the extra $$$ for the luxury of convenience. If you don't think the hassle free aspect is worth the extra $$$ - you may want to go elsewhere. I thought it was great.

Rudy's was great to us when we were using them to drive us to the airport. They also picked up us up. Our return flight even left early and yet the guy was standing there waiting for us with a huge smile on his face. It was just awesome. They were fabulous and I would absolutely only rave about them. I also like this place because it is under a half hour drive maybe. I used them over other companies because they were listed on AL and had good reviews.

Excellent service. Always prompt, professional and helpful. Very easy to make a reservation. Have used them dozens of times for many years.
