The Rozmus Plumbing & Heating technician came to the house and charged $210 to diagnose the unit, but did not repair it and claimed an electrician was required. We subsequently brought in an electrician from a separate company, ultimately the problem was a simple blown fuse which the electrician replaced. Rozmus Plumbing & Heating should have been able to check the unit's fuses and replace the fuse within minutes; instead they sent us on a false chase by wrongfully diagnosing, and we were without hot water for several additional days unnecessarily. Both my electrician and myself called Bob Rozmus (owner of Rozmus Plumbing & Heating) multiple times to ask for a refund but we were given the runaround for 6+ months. I would not recommend using the services of Rozmus Plumbing & Heating.

Worst provider of service to my house of any contractor I have ever used. No follow through other than a prompt bill. Multiple trips to fix the problem. Impossible to get Bob on the phone to talk about what is going on. Still haven't fixed the problem. Unbelievable that they can stay in business with the quality of service.  On the positive, the guys that come to the house are very polite and friendly.

They are always reliable and professional. Plumbers in general are really expensive so that is hard but Rozmus has always been reliable and competent. They know what they are doing, they are on time, and they are quick in getting the job done.

ROZMUS PLUMBING DID A FINE JOB ON THE PLUMBING AND HEATING. THEY STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK AND THE STAFF WAS VERY EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS, AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
