Do not hire. They are incredibly overpriced and damaged the walls in our home. We hired them to do a deep cleaning as we just moved-in. They were supposed to clean cabinets but it barely looks like they were wiped. Floor were surface level mopped but not scrubbed in the areas that needed attention. Furthermore, they hit the stairway wall in several places (it had been painted just a few days before so I know the damage was from them). The owner denied that they could have done any damage and did not address any of my concerns in several follow-up interactions with him. Do no hire. Basically came out to $100/hour/person for a mediocre job.

Terrible. They did a horrible job, horrendously overpriced compared to what is reasonable in the market, and on top of that they are not professional. When I spoke with them about my concerns they argued and screamed, very unprofessional. Their work is incompetent and the way they conduct their business is improper. They charged me enormous outrageous fees for basic cleaning which they did not do. It was so bad I had to hire another cleaning company to redo the work that Rosas failed to do and ruined. They told me they have had many other complaints about the poor quality of their work. After my unfortunate interactions with them I am concerned that there is something highly improper going on here.

For two years, Rosas Cleaning provided me with exceptional service and kept my Stamford apartment clean and comfortable on a bi-weekly basis. They are friendly, hard-working, flexible, and responsive and I recommend them highly. I have moved out of their service area, but would be using Rosas Cleaning still had I not.

Carlos and his teams cleaned for us several times over the last year. Their activities included rigorous cleaning and home reorganization (removing items from cabinets, thoroughly cleaning, and replacing in a more orderly fashion). They have also at times done windows and gutters. Our house is approximately 4000 ft.and sup2;, five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths.
Rosas since teams of five or six people and in our case they worked for 6 to 8 hours.
The quality of service ranges from phenomenal to terrible. The team of individuals working on a job always changes. All people seem to work fairly hard. In some instances, the teams did everything needed and insured that work was done to absolute satisfaction. Other times, the teams couldn't wait to get out of there, took a long lunch breaks, and over-billed us (our nanny was in the house and noted the time they took for lunch, cleaning, etc.).
Carlos, the manager, is highly professional, very responsive, and always tries to make things right. He gets an A+. I think that staffing for these services may be difficult and the quality of people's work hard to assess in advance. Still, it is up to them to make things right once something has been promised.
We finally broke things off with Rosa's on one occasion when a team came for a full day cleaning and didn't even move furniture to vacuum underneath in addition to doing a and quot;half joband quot; of Cabinet cleaning and other issues. Carlos sent the team back to fix. They were visibly displeased and didn't correct the problems. Finally, Carlos himself came to try to make things right. It was a terrible experience.
I am not sure I would use the service again. But I am not sure the alternatives are any different. Rosa's has the dubious distinction of doing the best and worst jobs for us.

The crew was outstanding. They arrived by 9:30am as promised and worked continuously. The entire job took them almost five hours. They did a very thorough job cleaning the house including all blinds and light fixtures. The cleaning alone was $350 but I also asked them to shampoo the carpets which was an additional $150. While they did clean the carpets very well, they did not use a steam cleaner and vacuum up after shampooing them. This caused me some concern but the carpets at least looked and smelled great. I would definitely hire them for another cleaning job but I'm not sure I would get the shampoo service again.

I wasn't thrilled with their performance at all. The house was completely empty, with no furniture. They took a lot longer than the owner had said they would. The windows were fantastic, but I think they concentrated on that. He had to take extra time and extra people, and he charged me for it. The bathroom floors were not clean.

They came on time, removed all the furniture, cleaned thoroughly, replaced the furniture, helped me plug the TV and computer back in (involving some cables), were polite to me, and got along with my overly-friendly dog. I was impressed.
