After our upstairs bathroom renovation, we have had persistent water damage coming thru the kitchen ceiling. Never happened before. Roger fixed it once three months ago and charged us for it. Now its back and spreading rapidly and even in our light fixture. When we asked him to come fix it he refused and actually had the nerve to tell us its because we use a handheld shower. We do not HAVE a handheld shower! Which he would know because he installed our shower.

Reconstructed our small porch, rebuilding and replacing all surfaces with Trex.  Estimates and services rendered were excellent and we are very happy with the results.

Roger Bott did an excellent job remodeling my condo. Every aspect of the job was completed on time and in budget. He worked well with both my designer and I - communicating by phone, text and email which made things very efficient. His crew was capable and courteous and the job site was kept neat and clean. Roger and his right hand assistant, Greg, did a fantastic job on our master bathroom! We could not be more pleased. They kept to a tight schedule - work was performed in less than two weeks, start to finish. Craftsmenship was of a high quality and performed with much care. We had a couple of issues with the wrong fixtures supplied - not Roger's fault, the plumbing supplier's mess up - and Roger guided us through the crises with patience and good humor. Plumber and electrician he used were also on time, well-qualified and efficient. Roger is quiet competence - a man of few words, but knows how to get the job done right. Greg was an able assistant and did a great job throughout the project. They did a nice job of cleaning up at the end of each day. They were punctual and ended the job actually earlier than we had expected. We had a small punch list at the end of the project and Roger took care of these items, no questions asked. We would most definitely use Roger again and and highly recommend him for your next remodel project!
