They charged 475 dollars to change two toiletlids (that i provided) and one running faucet Their invoice was incorrect stating that a toilet was fixed- which it was not Very unresponsive and unprofessional office

Rob was the plumber who came out and he was fantastic! He was professional, very nice, loves dogs and did a great job. He explained things to me so that I knew what he was doing. He also helped me save money by going back to a manufacturer to get a part that was not working...and the part is being shipped now for free! I would highly recommend Russo for any plumbing needs. I've used them before and was always very happy with the results.

Great! Our boiler collapsed 1 week before Thanksgiving, so we called our oil company as we had a service contract. They said they would have an estimate by Tuesday but couldn't do the job for 4 to 6 weeks. We called Russo Plumbing and they sent someone that same day to check it out & gave us an estimate the next day. Their estimate was $5,000 less than the oil company we had a service agreement with. They replaced the system in a couple of days and we had heat before Thanksgiving.

We had used them previously, to fix a problem caused by another plumber, so they were able to get to us in just 2 days. As usual, they were prompt and did an excellent job.

It went fine once the plumber finally arrived.  We were told he would be at our house between 8:15 and 8:30 am.  He finally came around 8:50.  But he was courteous, friendly and very professional.  He took care of all our issues quite professionally.   His cost seemed a bit high.  However, we were glad to have the work done, and done well.

Had previously had a handyman do this, and we still had the same problem.  Learned our lesson and called Russo - perfect!   Will certainly call them first, the next time.

They found the leaks.  There were actually two different leaks, and they took the time to check and recheck all of the plumbing to make sure it worked.
Professional job, well done and quickly.  They have done multiple jobs for us now, and each and every time they come we are happy with the results and the cost.

Russo Plumbing responded quickly to my call and was out to my home promptly to assess what needed to be done and prepare a quote. They were actually able to start the work within a couple of days. The plumber arrived promptly on the scheduled day and the work was completed in less time than expected and at a slightly lower cost than the quote.

Outstanding as usual.  In 35 years of home ownership, we have never had such exceptional plumbing services.  We originally got Frank's name from our attorney when we purchased our current home in 2005, and have never looked back.  He came out the first time we called to introduce himself, to review the property, and to provide a comprehensive estimate for services requested.  He even gave us a couple of suggestions for improvements that have proven invaluable.  His technicians are always extremely punctual, professional and knowledgeable.  Scott did our work this time and we could not have been more pleased.  Over the last ten years, we have had a couple of plumbing emergencies - including a hot water heater leak and minor flooding in our basement crawlspace from Hurricane Sandy.  He and his team have been incredibly responsive - even going so far as to provide his home number once after the hurricane to ensure our work was done timely and appropriately.  While some people say that their services are expensive, you really cannot put a price on the quality of the services we've received.  Russo Plumbing is among the few contractors who arrive when they say they are going to and who charge what they estimate (or give very clear information about why it would cost more).  We would never call anyone else.

Frank came out and took pictures and measurements, then said he would email me with an estimate. We told him we had limited time as the natural gas company was replacing the main lines for the neighborhood, and wouldn't replace ours unless we had a new line hooked up to our house, as we currently did not have natural gas but wanted to convert to a gas furnace as soon as we could afford one.  Frank said he could hook up a line for a gas dryer so we could at least get service started before the deadline the gas company had given us, which was in a few weeks.  I waited several days and never received an email.  I called and the man who answered the phone was very polite and said he would check with Frank and get back to me.  He never did.  I called back a few days later and was reassured that Frank would call me.  By the time I realized they were never going to help me it was too late to find another plumber to do the work, and the deadline passed.  Now it will be at least 3 years before the gas company can install a new line from our house to the new line in the street because they can't dig up the street for that long after the city has repaved it.

We had a frozen and broken pipe last evening.  The switchboard answered the call immediately, and the owner called back within 5 minutes.  He talked us through shutting off the water over the phone to stop the leaking, and sent a crew first thing this morning to repair the broken pipe.  I am sure they are crazy busy with this ridiculous weather we are having, but all the same, their service and responsiveness is remarkable.
