Air Duct Cleaning
$700
First appt was canceled due to an emergency on their side. No big deal. Second appt I was told 9:00 start with 2:00pm  finish. When they didn't arrive by 9:00 I called and was told there is a 2-hr window so expect them betrween 9-11. Technicians arrived at around 10:00. Quoted me a price over $1200 not including coupon which was a $300 value. When I said I 'm not interested in their service at that cost, lead tech called his supervisor and the price came down to $700 including the $98 groupon coupon.  I felt like I was dealing with a crooked car salesman if you get my drift. Work was done by technicians that were friendly and professional however technicians failed to test the furnace when they were done and so left the job with one of the pilot lights blown out. I couldn't get them back in on a timely basis to relight my furnace and ended up calling my brother in NH who has his own furnace business and who talked me through the process to relight my furnace.  I was definitely disappointed.  When I told my brother what I paid for an hour and a half of work he was outraged that  Air Quality LLC had taken advantage of my ignorance and then left with a furnace not workiing.
