 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE TO FIX IT. THEY MENTIONED THAT THE OPERATING SYSTEM WE HAD, WINDOWS 2000, WAS BATTY, AND THEY HAD OFFERED TO REPLACE IT AND MIGRATE ALL OF OUR OLD FILES OFF OF THE HARD DRIVE. IT WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR OCCASIONALLY THEY SEEMED TO BE RUSHED, AND THEIR HOURS WERE NOT TOO CONVENIENT SINCE THEY CLOSE AT 6 EVERY NIGHT.
Description of Work: THE START BUTTON HAD FALLEN OFF OF THE CASING OF THE COMPUTER, AND I ATTEMPTED TO FIX THIS MYSELF. I TOOK IT TO THEM SINCE I COULDN'T FIX IT MYSELF. ALSO THE OPERATING SYSTEM WAS SLOW.
