Showed up promptly (actually a little early) and the 2 guys cleaned the 2 fireplaces simultaneously. They were in and out in about an hour. So clean you wouldn't know anyone had been near the fireplaces/chimneys.

I only wish the landlord was aware of the problem and I didn't have to tell them!  But the service was high quality. Friendly but professional behavior.

Communication (initially by email) was very clear and it was clear he spent time answering my questions in detail.
He was punctual for the intial inspection/estimate. The work was perfomed at the agreed time, in a very professional manner and clean up was good.

Very well, he arrived on time and after inspecting the chimney recommeded a solution. He was very knowledgeable. There was a small gap in the lining and another chiney company wanted to replace the entire lining. Terrence patched the gap and seeped the chimney. Saving us a lot of money.

He was fine. We have used them before. I called him and he agreed to come out in 2 days on a certain time. He was here and completed the job. He did a good job. I also asked him to install the cap on the chimney and he was not aware that I wanted this job to be done but he was prepared. He had it in the truck and he installed it. The price was alright. He called up before coming and requested if he could come out half an hour early and that was fine with me.

They just wouldn’t show up everyday at the start and I had a problem with that. I had complained about it once, and I haven’t had any problems since. They are about half way done in replacing the chimney that has to be replaced. Their price is way too high and it hasn’t been such a great experience. They had given me a price and I had requested a certain brick that would match my house. It was agreed to but later I got a call from their office saying that they would up the price because it was a special brick. I had refused and can’t complain too much about that, but it was a little surprising.

I WOULD SAY THEY WERE EXCELLENT, BECAUSE THEY WERE CLEAN, RESPECTFUL, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I CANT BELIEVE HOW CLEAN HE WAS EITHER. WHEN YOU THINK OF A SWEEPER YOU IMAGINE A GUY COVERED IN SOOT, BUT HE WASN'T.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY'RE WELL KNOWN. THEY'VE BEEN IN TOWN FOR A LONG TIME. THERE ARE A LOT OF CHIMNEY SCAMS IN TOWN WHERE PEOPLE COME IN AND TELL PEOPLE THEY NEED A NEW CHIMNEY WHEN THEY DON'T NEED IT AT ALL, BUT THEY'RE NOT LIKE THAT. THIS PARTICULAR PERSON IS WELL KNOWN, WELL RESPECTED AND TRUSTWORTHY.
