All was very professionally done and he was very knowledgable, having worked in this field for many years.

Norton arrived on time and got right to work. He cleaned and repaired the central unit in the basement and then started to show me the system and how it works. I quickly realized that all the ports were old and I asked him to replace them. He was tidy in all the areas in which he worked. It took a little longer than I expected but Norton was very thorough and I appreciated his effort. He did a great job and I will certainly call him again when I need anything.
