I left an after-hours phone message and Northeast responded the next day. We arranged for an appointment and their serviceman arrived promptly, was courteous and efficient. We have not seen a reappearance of any crawlers or wasps near the areas of concerns following their service. I thought the price was fair considering that the serviceman needed to don a protective suit, gloves and headgear and risked possible attack from wasps.

The whole experience was great. Had called another company first and they wanted twice as much-also highly rated on Angie's list. They wanted to charge me based on the size of the house when the mice were only in the basement, Northeast used traps that were already in place and did not charge me based on the size of my 4 story house. They came back, checked the traps and rebated those that were empty. Any further service will cost extra but I think we will do it ourselves if we need to.

John Torre, the owner of the company, did the inspection. He was on time showing up exactly at the beginning of the two-hour window we had agreed to when I called the day prior. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Great experience and we'll definitely contact him again in the future. Inspection charge was $85 as estimated in advance and this would have been applied to any extra service had it been necessary. He did not try to push an annual contract on us. Knew all about the habits and characteristics of the citronella ant that had invaded our basement. Thoroughly inspected basement and garage for other signs of infestation. Found evidence of rat activity in our detached garage and recommended we set a couple of traps there.

Our technician was prompt and listened to my concerns.  He put my worries at ease re: pests in our newly purchased home.  He was extremely through while inspecting our home, including the basement, exterior of the home, under the siding, and under our kitchen cabinets.  I appreciated his professionalism and the fact that the only "selling" he did was for a quarterly treatment for rodents & bugs, not monthly or anything more costly.  He felt like an honest gentleman and was genuinely concerned about our issue.

Responded to email and phone promptly; was here same day; asked for pictures of problem emailed estimated time frame, called 30 minutes in advance.  Was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and honest.   All around excellent experience.

I like them. They were great. Someone told me I had termites and it was going to cost over $1000 to get rid of. Then these people came and told us that we didn't have any termites at all. They have a package where you can buy a year long package and they come and do everything throughout the year.. They have other packages where they just come and spray for a specific thing. They spray for ants, bees and also set up mouse traps. Their hours are really flexible. It is not a huge company but they are really nice and honest. We didn't have to wait long for them to come and give us their services.
