NextGen HIG, LLC

It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. I had a minor emergency where the decent high winds were starting to rip the rake off the roof and had to get someone out asap before it flew off and caused greater damage. So happy I found this NextGen! So thankful they had availablity and were able to send someone out less than an hour. Kevin and Dennis showed up right on time and secured the initial part and went above and beyond to look at the rest of the rake and secured the whole thing without being prompted. Kevin meanwhile reviewed the rest of the roof and pointed out other problem areas that should be looked and gave genuine advice instead of being pushy. NextGen won me over with their superior customer service and professionalism, will definitely reach out to them for future projects and recommend anyone in need.

I had my roof done by these guys last November. It went from just a roof to having to replace all the plywood under because of water under the shingles due to hail. These guys did an amazing job. Very professional and courteous and even the company owner stopped by to check in. (Nice guy BTW) I asked about cleanup afterwards, nails and such. They told me they used rolling magnets to pick up nails and not to worry. I only ever found 1 nail and it was in a shrubbery. I have to say, I am 100% completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to contract with them again. Thanks, JW
