Garage Door Service
Repairman was 45 min late. He was rude. Looked at door for 2 seconds and said we needed to pay $600 for parts to repair the door. Was not happy with the service and said we would hire someone else. Then he demanded $19 for a service call. I called the dispatcher who "bumped" the claim up to customer service who said we would be sent to collections if we didn't pay the bill. Even though there was no service. This is not a local company. There is a central dispatch number that contracts local people. Do not use this company. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

They could have just as easily replaced the door and charged me far more, but they saved me the expense and got it repaired practically as good as new from the outside. They did have to attach a metal rod to it on the inside, but I'm very satisfied. The scheduling, punctuality, price, and follow-through were all great, as was their creative solution!
