It was a very good experience. I called them direct and I asked when I called for something close to the Angie's list price. They gave me close to the price. They are quite thorough. They have 2 or 3 young ladies come and they work very diligently. They listen to our requests - what we put our priorities on. We do as much as we can in the budgeted time and the budget and it's worked out ok.

The cost is $115 per visit. They have a pretty good price for what they did.

The cleaners arrived near the scheduled time, and performed a full and thorough cleaning. I was very happy with the level of service and cleanliness that Maria's provided.

The service was great. They did not complete everything they told me they would, but I was happy with what they did for me.

They were punctual, polite and efficient. Got the job done well.

The cleaners were about an hour late, with no call or notice. It was fine since we moved the day before into this house, and planned to be home all day anyway. We really wanted the cleaners to focus on the kitchen and bathrooms, since we just moved into the house, and it was unoccupied for a number of months. 
My main issue with the cleaners is that they were not thorough. For example they missed certain cabinet interiors in the kitchen. The did not clean cabinets under the sinks in any bathrooms. Did not wipe down walls in the bathrooms. Did not clean behind the toilets in the bathroom. This was frustrating since we purchased this as a "deep-cleaning" for that reason. Since we had just moved, and were focused on doing other things while they cleaned, we did not micromanage. We only discovered this later, and therefore had to go back clean areas that they missed ourselves. 
Secondly one of the cleaners used a harsh cleaner on the wood cabinets which was removing the stain. They are old cabinets anyway, but it was only brought to my attention since I happened to walk into the kitchen at that moment. I then provided a much softer cleaning solution that worked fine. 
We provided instructions, and they did not ask any questions, so we assumed they knew what we wanted as professional cleaners. 
Overall a disappointing experience.

We had just bought a new house and prior to moving in - we wanted to have the house cleaned.  Maria's cleaning did a great job - cleaning each room from top to bottom.  They were very thorough in all rooms - particularly the bathrooms and kitchen.  They even cleaned the refrigerator - removing each part of the interior, cleaning it, and then replacing.  All in all, we were very happy with the service.

They arrived on time and immediately got to work after I showed them the priority areas. I appreciate that they came prepared with the necessary cleaning get tools. Apartment was a wreck and they made it spotless. I am trying to prep the apartment for selling so it was important for the job to be thorough. Amazing job overall but on the kitchen and bathrooms in particular.

The two clearers were very professional and polite.  They cleaned the house nicely.  They didn't take any breaks.
We have hired them to come back!

I purchased a deal that said they would clean the whole house (with no limit on Sq footage) but they only got around to one floor out of 3. They also were extremely full in terms of scheduling "for angies list deal customers." I thought the ladies were very nice and did a good enough job, but was very disappointed that they didn't do the while house as advertised.

That turned out very well. We actually rehired her. She's coming on Monday again. The service has been good. They've done a very good job. I'm there to monitor when we do it for 6 hours. I don't want to run over. That was on the 6-hour job. They almost got everything done except the living room. I said I would take care of that. That worked out well. This time, we got an 8-hour contract so they should be able to do the entire house. I had some problems communicating with her to get things lined up. Even this last time, I had some problems. I finally got her on her cellphone and we got the date lined up. The only complaint I had was with the scheduling. The service has been good. They did a good job but the scheduling was the problem.
