ceramic tile
 + -1 morewe were suggested by our contractors to get our bathroom marble tiles from Lima. we found they had a good selection and pretty good pricing. the marble we ordered was the calacatta caldia which had faint veins. apparently the tiles came in with more pronounced veins and we were asked by our contractors to give a go ahead to the tiles so bull noses could be done and all tiles ordered. we went to their storage and gave our go ahead as we did not want to hold up things. apparently the person who showed us the tiles in the storage never conveyed our go ahead to the front office ladies. now i don't know who dropped the ball because my contractors tell me they never heard back from lima and the entire project went way over time .all in all was a very bad experience dealing with them and their internal communication problems amongst each other. now i am dealing with contractors who went over schedule by 28 days and they are blaming it all on Lima.
