+ 2 moreAlthough we've become accustomed to living in a state of disarray, the overall progress of the remodel was quicker than we anticipated. We found KGC to be responsive in arriving when scheduled, and forthright in explaining when scheduling conflicts arose, necessitating delays. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the professional service/attitude/pricing of KGC, and would recommend the company to anyone, without reservation.
Description of Work: We found KGC/Kevin via word-of-mouth and consider that perhaps the best part of the entire re-modeling project; there was not a single to-do item that Kevin was unable to accomplish on time and at a more-than-competitive price. Over the course of several weeks, our dining room, foyer, bathroom, and kitchen were remodeled to various degrees: crown moldings added, wainscoting added, windows & transoms replaced, trim added--all "paint ready." In addition, our chimney was re-pointed, and a section of roof completely replaced (discovery was part of the overall service) and typical, I guess, of starting work on a nearly 100 year old "this old house" It was important to us that renovations be made "in character" with the original construction, and KGC was able to match, or mimic, every detail beautifully.
