JOHN LANDSIEDEL CONSTRUCTION

I had a “friend” from a new work group I belong to “do me a favor” and remove and replace my back Cement steps with Composite decking, well if I let that guy finish it would have cost me more than double his estimate and it looked like Ray Charles did the work (see my report on LDC Renovations here on Angie's List) so with a condemned set of steps (by the Stamford, CT building department) I called John Landsiedel Construction from Stamford CT 203-329-3634, John got back to me right way, came and gave me an estimate (that was the middle of 3 I got) and trusting my feeling, he was hired, he and his guys attention to detail, craftsmen ship and neat clean work area, is second to none, John was on the job site for the whole job, I was in the loop with them asking me “what do you think if we do it this way”, “how do you like that”, "we did it this way as it will last longer at no extra cost" and so on, not just “doing it their way”.   They do all types of Construction, additions, replacement doors and windows, decks, roofing, trim work and so on. John did not charge me 1 cent more than he said he would, completed the job 1 day early, the job site was cleaned completely at the end of each day and did several things extra and my new steps look great and are safe for my family, and by the beginning of this job I felt like John and his crew where friends, I even bought Pizza for lunch for them, so nice to find a contractor, who has the integrity and professionalism in today’s day and age. If you need construction done you have found your man.
