 + -1 moreBesides all the details above Gary was one of the most professional if not THE most professional contractors we have ever used and his price was unbeatable! We passed all rough-in and electrical and final inspections with the City of Milford on the very first go around with no extra inspections needed! The time frame to complete all this work with just a small crew of 4-6 guys on any given day was three months from start to finish! We are really and truly unbelievably happy with Intex Contracting Co and would highly recommend them and certainly use their services again. In fact we have another house that we are putting up on the same lot within a year and do plan to use Gary again.
Description of Work: He ripped off all our old cedar siding off our house and detached 2 car garage, blew insulation in all the walls and attic, replaced 25 windows, dug out 4 feet of dirt off one side of the gargage and replaced the entire wall of 2X4's and installed new plywood sheeting then installed new vinyl siding on both home and garage, all new aluminum flashing, installed 2 new garage doors with automatic openers, replaced our hot water heater, installed a brand new wood burning stove and exterior Dura-Vent Chimney piping, Re-roofed home and garage with tar paper, ice & water proofing and installed 50 year architectural shingle. Also built a form for an 25' X 30' concrete slab including HD commercial rebar, poured 10,000 psi rated concrete and finished the concrete smoothly. Built a wood frame 18' X 24' Accessory building with Gambrel style roof 18' height, with second floor, added a 100A Sub panel tied to the main house and added a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim Heat Pump HVAC system and a pellet stove which we currently house our businesses in. Some of the finish work on the accessory structure included installing vinyl siding and vinyl tile throughout, installing roll insulation and interior 4' X 8' sheets of OC Duratemp siding, building a set of stairs to the second floor for storage of our business products. Also he installed a secondary pre-bult 10' X 12' shed for our yard care items like mowers, sno blowers shovels rakes etc.
