I had decided upon my tile choice long before the work started, which contributed to the major and minor difficulties that I encountered along the way. If you decide to purchase tile from this location, make sure that you obtain EVERYTHING in writing, in DETAIL. Make sure that you have confirmed that your order is in stock (make sure the salesperson actually checks the stockroom rather than relying on the information in the computer if the amount of tile in stock is low), and confirm and clarify the return information. Make sure the delivery details are worked out beforehand. Be careful with the ordering of partial boxes, and check your tiles carefully. Keep in mind that Ideal Tile locations are individually owned and operated. Don't expect to order tile in one location and have it delivered to another location (particularly the NYC location, as everyone attempts to use the NYC location as a pick-up location). My rating is based on my experience with several individuals; had I dealt exclusively with one of them, my rating might have been higher.

EASY TO WORK WITH AND HAVE A GREAT SHOW ROOM. THEIR WAREHOUSE GETS THE PRODUCT FOR YOU WITHIN A DAY. THE GRANITE PERSONNEL WAS CLEAN AND ACCURATE WITH THEIR INSTALL. VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
