Jim's sub-contractors are true craftsmen and very professional. They are very considerate of your property and clean up after each day's work. Except for seeing the progress they've made on a given day, you would not know anyone was in or around your home. All of the subs are neat, clean and friendly. Most important, they are trustworthy. We have absolutely no qualms about going off to work and having the subs in our home.
This project is the second large project Jim and his team have handled for us. Last fall we did a total kitchen renovation, including a new bay window. All the same subs worked on the kitchen, plus a few others for tile work, countertops and refinishing all floors on the main level of the house. In the past, the carpenter, electrician and plumber have handled small projects as well. At this point they know our home so well, we wouldn't think of using anyone else. Jim and his team always deliver what they promise in the timeframe they promise.
I can't imagine there is anyone out there who can do better in terms of quality, cost, craftsmanship and professionalism.
