Frank is super reliable, responsive, punctual, and very efficient. He does awesome work and I trust him completely for any plumbing projects in my house, big and small! He is also very reasonable with pricing and very honest, will explain everything you need done now and in the near future.

Frank is extremely professional, a pleasure to work with. He repaired a leaky toilet and also repaired a radiator that was not allowing heat. I will continue to work with him in the future.

Frank is a top notch service provider. I called him the morning of the 31st to let him know that my hot water heater was shot. It was leaking water from the top and all over. He provided me a quote over the phone and was able to be over by 3 that same day. It was a huge relief to find someone reliable and expedient. Frank showed up on time and was extremely professional. He also came out the very next day to help me out with a problem I was having with my furnace. He quickly figured out that it was a minor electrical issue I was having. Frank did not even charge me for this visit. In my experiences it is not that common to find such honest business owners. He is a real asset and will definitely be using him for other work.

We have used Frank for 5 years and are always happy and impressed with his work. His prices are completely fair, he explains everything, never tries to upsell things you don't need. He seems to always be available quickly, always answers his cell, fits in appointments right away. He is kind, polite and respectful. As a woman with little kids at home it makes a difference when a tradesman treats you so courteously.
We use him for all of our plumbing needs, but really value his steam heat expertise. He's the king of steam heat - not everyone can work with these systems, yet some will try and fail! He is incredibly experienced and is the only person I'd trust with our old house.
I know I'm not alone, because I constantly see his van around our neighborhood!

Our boiler broke and we called Frank. He returned the call the same day and came to look at it. Gave an estimate with a reasonable price. We had installed in a few days.

Frank returned my phone call promptly, showed up when he said he would, was responsive, courteous, did clean work, and completed the job exactly as he said he would. Can't ask for more than that.

Frank responded to my call about my broken hot water heater which had to be shut off because it was leaking all over the basement floor. He showed up a couple hours after my call, provided an estimate, and completed the work the same day, removing my old water heater and installing a new one. Pleased with the prompt response and the work that was done. Will use Lopiano Plumbing again in the future.

Frank explained everything to me including why the furnace coil didn't work, why the water pressure was low and what would happen with the water storage tank. He also explained the differences between tanks which helped me in selecting a heater. His price was right and he is a very guy.

Frank was very nice and explained everything he was doing and why it would have to be a bigger project. Even though he came out and spent time to figure out the problem, he did not charge me anything!!!! I will definitely call him when we are ready to remodel our bathroom or any other time we may need a plumber. Thanks, Frank!

He arrived when scheduled on same day as i called. Neat and efficient work with good clean up. Fair price. Will use him again. Highly recommended.

I got three estimates. Frank and another where very close. Frank gave his over the phone with and quot;scared meand quot; but for some reason, I chose him. He showed up on time, with the new water heater and completed the job. He did some additional work that we requested and I could not be more satisfied.
I have to say my usual service company, Silva, quoted me 3800 for labor that everyone else quoted much lower. Frank will be my plumber for everything.

Very efficient, positve experience

First plumber I had lined up failed to notify me that he would not be able to make the appointment, which was unfortunate since I had to make arrangements to work from home that day. It was only in reaching out to him to confirm timing, less than 30 minutes before the window he had provdided, that he let me know he would not be coming out for at least a couple days. A simple call the day before to reschedule would have gone a long way. Chose not to continue with that plumber.
So I called Frank Lopiano Plumbing, and he was able to schedule service for the next day, with a two-hour window provided. Frank arrived on time, as promised, and was incredibly friendly and professional. Installation went well, the new toilet is sturdy and stable, and looks great as installed.
Will definitely be calling Frank first for any upcoming plumbing needs, which with an old house, I am sure there will be some.
