I've got a big, heavy double garage door that I can't lift manually. The automatic opener stopped working with my car in the garage, which is a little creepy when you start thinking about what would happen if you had an emergency. These folks were VERY responsive to that - like I clicked on the "find professionals in my area" button and my phone rang. :) Technician came out that same morning, looked things over and made his recommendations (and helped me get my car out), came back the next day and installed a new opener and new rollers. Glides smooth as silk now. Everything was competent, professional, very prompt, and things were explained to me well. Price was a little high compared to averages in this area, but it was worth it to me to get the problem solved quickly and well.

Stephen responded to my call within an hour and came by right away to diagnose the issue. He ordered replacement parts and showed up punctually two days later to make the repair as promised. Can't ask for more timely and professional service.

Broken cable was fixed the same day I called! I think they happened to be in the area but still that was really great. For the broken door...it was one of 3 older styled wooden doors (16 yrs). We knew it would be hard to find exact replacement parts but Steve did find them and gave us a reasonable estimate to fix. However when my husband and I thought about it we decided to replace all 3 doors with new aluminum doors that would no longer get moldy and require painting every couple of years. Also the insulation factor is huge with new doors. Steve was great with explaining the "R" factor rating and the difference among the options (and was not at all pushy as he was willing to simply fix the broken door). Installation was right on schedule and although the doors were just installed we are really pleased with our decision to finally get the doors, with the decorative hardware, we wanted many years ago. They are also so much quieter than our previous doors! Price included removal of existing doors. Highly recommend!!

I had a garage door that was stopping and not operating properly. I found Steve to be an honest man who did not try to sell me a new door opener he said lets try a new logic board and if that does not work then you won't be charged for if and we'll have to do a new opener. Fortunately the Logic board has solved the problem.

Garage door opener would not work. They came diagnosed it quickly and fixed it promptly.

The job went very well. Steve was very professional and arrived right on time. We were having issues with one garage door not opening and closing properly. We had another repair firm in a couple of months prior to do some tune up to the door and they told us the door needed about $600 worth of additional repairs. We felt that was excessive so lived with the door issues for a while. I then found Steve and his firm on Angies list, saw the positive reviews and gave him a shot. He was great and for about $100 (including his service fee) the door is back up and running very well. Would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again in the future when needed.

Steve is The most honest person you will ever meet in the industry. Gave me a quote and then said he would do the job for lower after he saw the work. Unbelievably honest - I would work with him on any project. Wish he would do more things than overhead door. I would give him all the work!
