These guys are incredibly good at what they do! There was zero damage to our items or the walls of either abode (and we moved into a 3 story townhouse with no elevator!); they brought all the tools they needed to take apart and reassemble anything requiring such attention, and the whole job was completed much more quickly than I expected. On top of that, they seemed a very happy group of guys who enjoyed working together and helping us out any way they could. They made a long-dreaded day actually rather pleasant for us!

Excellent. Moving went on schedule without any problem. Every piece of furniture was professionally packed. There was not one piece of broken glass or furniture. The 53' van was loaded and unloaded in a day and a half. A very satisfying experience.

Doran Brothers was great to work with! From Christine who came to do the estimate, to the moving crew who were so easy to deal with, to Jeff who came by to make sure everything was going well. They packed up the kitchen in my apartment for me (very hard to do with two young kids) and were efficient and careful. They also were great about coming twice at my convenience to take away the empty boxes and paper. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

They dropped off the packing materials to our garage a few weeks ahead of time so we could begin packing. Mr. Jerry Wholey was always available by phone if we had any questions beforehand in terms of what to pack, how to pack, etc. Doran Bros. arrived on time on moving day and arrived on time at our final destination. They had professional, hard-working, efficient crews who took care to put down drop cloths and wrapped our furniture in blankets and tape so it wouldn't get damaged. Everything went smoothly. We didn't buy additional insurance on our belongings, but I would advise checking with your homeowners insurance before you make a decision on whether or not to buy additional insurance. Doran Bros. is fully licensed and insured. They don't issue a contract but use their Estimated Cost of Service as such. There is a full break down of costs on the estimate. We liked this company from the start, had two other local recommendations for them and were glad their costs lower than the other estimates we received.

Very well. Teams were great and all the items were delivered perfectly. They packed me and moved me.

move was done well as i could tell. i paid the entire amount on the spot. shouldn't have. damage to a chandelier, murano glass , was ignored and company was difficult to contact. finally a reputable electrician was sent out and gave company his report. i had to constantly call them until i would get an occasional response. as of today they asked me "what they should do about it," and then hung up on me. this is a 2,000 chandelier. totally unprofessional.

From start to finish this is the best and most professional moving company hands down. They are honest, hard working professionals. The owner, Jerry Wholey, is delightful to work with and committed to proving the best possible service and he understands how stressful moving can be and does everything to make things go as smoothly as possible. Having moved several times, I can say that this is the most reliable and dependable moving company out there0.00.

Avoid at all costs - they will cheat you. Company damaged items during a move and refused to honor insurance that was purchased. Did not return calls, mishandled issue and delayed process several months, only paid a portion of the claimed amount in the end. Were belligerent on the phone and have no sense of customer service or common courtesy. Their estimate for job was also significantly lower than actual cost. We hired them because they had an excellent sales representative, but in reality, the company is so poorly managed that this sales representative RESIGNED from the company a few weeks later! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They also own another company called Caldera Movers which was not used for this move, but the same father and son team manages that company.

EVERYTHING WAS AN A. THE WORKERS WERE GREAT AND WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANYTHING WE WANTED, AND THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED CAREFULLY, AND NOTHING WAS DAMAGED.
